And we're off! We left Kingston General Hospital, starting out on the St.Lawrence River, then moving through Lake Ontario and up the Cataraqui River into the Rideau Canal. The waters were a little rough (a few white caps were to be seen), but it was important for us to start out in front of the hospital -- Kingston General is significant to many of us for its cancer treatment facilities.
