Welcome back to our ninth
consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!
This morning the sky is overcast and there are
showers in the area.
We leave Lower Brewers at 9:30 crossing several
smaller lakes and one set of locks on the way
to Seeleys Bay, our destination for lunch. There
is not very much boat traffic, and most of the
cottages are empty, so it's a hard time getting
donations. We do manage to find some people at
a campground near Brass Point Bridge and they
were kind enough to help fill our bucket. The
rain held off and there was no wind. The water
was like glass. A good day to kayak!
