Welcome back to our fifth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!

We arrived at the boat launch beside Kingston General Hospital right on schedule.  By this time our group had grown to approximately 50 people.   The kayaks were unloaded and launched into Lake Ontario, leaving the dock just before 10:30.

The kayaks and the ground crew both headed for Kingston Mills locks to meet up for lunch.  We knew that the kayaks had arrived before we were able to see them.   They were loudly chanting "Kayaking for..........CANCER" from the bottom of the locks.  After lunch the kayaks and ground crew both headed for Lower Brewers locks to camp for the night.
