Welcome back to our eighth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!

We return to the water after lunch and continue up The Rideau River. No more locks today. In fact we won't see another lock until tomorrow night at Manotick. At some point along this trip the younger members of our team always try to flip their friend's kayaks over. As we pulled in to Pirate Cove over they went. It was a scramble to get to shore without getting wet. Rip and Laurie Brenno served up a wonderful dinner and then we were able to enjoy the showers and pool at Pirate Cove Marina
