Welcome back to our ninth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!

By mid-day the wind has started to pick up. The good thing is it's at our backs and we make good time arriving at Narrows Locks at 4:10.

The kayakers have been paddling for three days now, and by the time you read this they will be paddling across Big Rideau Lake. They have sore muscles, sun burns and wet clothes. There's two things that you can do to help.
