DAY 6 (page 2 of 2): Thursday, August 13, 2009 and more smiles.	< back \| day 7> Welcome back to our Ninth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer! We don't leave from the Bennett's until 3:00 and we have a long way to go, so it's time for a good paddle. Once again the wind is at our backs, and we make good time arriving at Pirate Cove Marina at 6:15. Pirate Cove Marina is another major sponsor of ours. Pat & Moe provide us with the support boat, and let us camp at the marina where we can shower and use the swimming pool. Thank you! We appreciate your help. Rip & Laurie Brenno host dinner tonight and together with some friends they serve us a great spaghetti dinner. Thanks everyone.
