First things first in Kingston -- all of the kayaks are unloaded and the paddlers have a chance to select their kayak of choice for the next eight days.

It's a beautiful, sunny day in Kingston and the waters of Lake Ontario are nice and calm. Everyone's eager to hit the water and start the trip!
