Welcome back to our ninth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!

Most of the kayaks arriving at Long Island Locks came to shore upside down. It was hot today, so kayakers tipping other kayakers seemed like a good idea.......but this far from shore? What was that rule that Kevin had? Something about 50 feet from shore?

Nicki McGahey has prepared tonight's dinner and Tara helps her serve the lasagna. Thanks again ladies. During dinner Kevin thanks George, Shane and Shannon for all their support.

Then we have a surprise visit from Donna Edwards and Beth Dimsdale of the Canadian Cancer Society. Kayaking For Cancer is this year's recipient of the Canadian Cancer Society's "community partnerships award." Way to go gang! A great honour indeed!
